Pricing

Prices are listed on this site for custom orders, cookie kits, and cookie decorating classes. Prices for custom cookies may increase with difficulty of design and quantity of colors needed. The price of the order for custom cookies and cookie kits must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Packaging

My sugar cookies come individually packaged for parties, packaged in a container for cookie kits, and can be boxed up for parties or events where they will be available for guests to eat at the event. Labels on individually wrapped cookies and cookie boxes state the ingredients and known allergens.

Availability

When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that inquiring about a date does not reserve the spot, but completing the scheduling process and paying for the order in full does. Dates are only reserved when the order has been paid for. Decorated sugar cookies take time to plan, bake, and decorate, and they need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks before you want to receive them.

Inspiration, Ideas, Characters

Feel free to send me inspiration pictures or ideas. I do not offer copyrighted images and/or characters. I will discuss the design with you to ensure you are happy with the plan, but I will not exactly replicate another baker’s work.

Payment Options

Payments must be made through the form provided on this website for your order. I do not accept personal checks, Venmo, PayPal, or any other payment methods.

Placing a Custom Cookie Order

Orders require 100% payment up front. If an order is placed less than 2 weeks before the date of pick up, that order may be subject to a 25% rush fee.

Changing a Custom Cookie Order

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates may be requested, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than 2 weeks before your event and may be subject to additional fees.
 

Canceling a Custom Cookie Order or Cookie Kit Order

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 days before the pick up date for a full refund. Since I run a very small business, I cannot accommodate cancellations later than that. No refunds will be given for orders canceled after 12 days before pick up, unless I am able to sell that order to another customer, in which case I will let you know. If I must cancel an order due to emergency or sickness on my part, a full refund will be issued. To request to cancel​ an order, please email NeedEmCookies@gmail.com.

Canceling Cookie Class Participation 

Participation for a cookie class must be paid at the time of registration. Participation can be cancelled up to 12 days before the date of the cookie class for a full refund. After that time, you can receive a credit to use at a future cookie class if requested. If you are sick, please reach out to ask for a credit to join us another time.

Refunds - Cookie Kits and Custom Cookie Orders

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order at the time of pick up, you must make it clear if there is a problem with the product and I will review the order for quality.

Pick up

Orders are currently available by pick up only. I will set pick up locations for each order and will post that information clearly at the time of ordering.  Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. For custom orders, we will agree on a pick up time and location. Delivery might be available for custom orders in or near Needham. Failure to pick up an order in the pickup window and at the pick up location results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued. If you cannot make a pickup time, please let me know more than 48 hours in advance, and I can try to work with you on a solution.

Order Release and Cookie Care

Once you have picked up and left with your cookie order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Do not refrigerate decorated cookies, as it will ruin the icing decorations.
